Why not? They're only about two years apart, and Rahne has been kind of sheltered.

in the last issue, rahne was drinking in a bar...is she old enough to be drinking?

Don't think so. When Josh goes into Harry's the lines go something like -

Rahne: You're underage. Leave

Josh: So are you.

The bartender seems to recognize her, so maybe he figures she has to be old enough since she's been an X-Man. Plus she'd certainly old enough to drink outside the US.
