While this isn't a photo manipulation, the woman is actually painted blue... The series is kinda interesting... I ran into this while surfing... and for reasons of my own.. (which some can figure out) I cropped the pic..
This isn't an image I created, photographed or anything the like... but someone else did, haven't found out who... but I liked the end result and thought I would share it.

That's cool BC! The blue contacts make it a bit more interesting too(or it maybe her eyes were just colored in later to give the effect of blue eyes). Although, I wouldn't mind seeing her with yellow contacts, and pointed ears?

Very cool. One of the photomanip gods (or goddesses) around here needs to give her the yellow eyes, fangs and pointy ears and she'd be perfect. Nocturne anyone?

A german magazine I guess judgin by what someone else recognized the text in the first pic...
From what I have found the girl in the pics isn't a model but a singer (or maybe a photographer I didn't read too much into it...) oF sorts... Indian (not Native American, but Indian) It isn't noticable in the pics but with out the paint you can tell...
Not sure why she did the photos but due to some of the subject of the pics I won't be providing the rest.... if ya really want to know you can hunt them down...
