I'm working on some more. I've done a Beast in his New Uniform, and a Phoenix in her grenn Cockrum-designed costume. I'll post screenshots for every set of six i finish. Right now, I'm downloading more meshes to work with.

Sometime during Christmas break I plan on experimenting with a skins-based comic, similar to the sprite ones. The success of that will depend on how well the keyframes lend themselves to my stories, though.

By the way, does anyone have a copy of the Gambit and Juggernaut Freedom Force Meshes? The links I've found are all broken.

The differences in sizes are due to my re-sizing of the images to fit on the screen. I didn't get them exactly right. Bishop does look shorter, because his mesh had a bit of a slouch to it.

I've just finished Mystique, Chamber, and Shadowcat skins. I'm working on Magneto, Toad, and Colossus, too.

The key is to find a nude skin of whatever mesh you're working with. Some of them I had one of those, for the Nightcrawler one, I had to patch one together. Other than that, it's pretty simple. The only problems I had were finding "landmarks" on the skin, (Sucha s what part is the knee?)

Here it is- series III

Chamber- Unused Churchill design. I omitted the giant X over his hips and crotch because I couldn't get it to fit right.
Colossus- revolution
Shadowcat- Revolution
Magneto- Classic
Mystique-New costume
Toad- Civilian wear from NXM #106 with goggles added

Surprised you uswd the late New Mtants/early X-Force design for Cannonball.

At any rate, I think they look good. So who's next, Punk Storm?

These are pretty darn cool ... I think I'll give them a try when I load up Freedom Force this weekend, maybe hook up an old school Excalibur team while I'm at it. Any ideas on what abilities/super powers to give them?
Also, if you need some ideas for other skins, you could always try stuff from Ultimate or Evo, or take a look through the 'Millienium Visions' books from 2000 and 2001.

-idsunki, man with a mission.

Well, I'm going to be finidshing up the X-Skins project next week. I only need to do one more skin. Maybe I'll do an Evo x-skins, or something like that as a new fan project. By the way, the final set will be: Gambit, Xorn, Husk, Lady Deathstrike, Quicksilver, and Scarlet Witch.

I picked that costume because it was the only one I'd seen that looked good without the flamethrower atattched.
