Looks as if she could give Mrs. McGarry a run for her money. Even without knitting needles. Maybe a giant fly-fishing grappling hook?
And, as voiced in another thread, I'm still of the opinion that the unwritten misogynistic rule remains: women in comics must never age or look like they ever did what women's bodies are designed to do. Many of my friends who had several children also have great trim figures, but the one in the comics (spoof, granted!) shows no tell-tale signs of such. Would not be as amusing if she did.
