Network administrators have scheduled downtime for maintenance of the Shadowed Corner IRC Network from 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. GMT -0500 on 13 November 2007.

As of 1:00 a.m., the Network has entered unscheduled downtime due to a fault on the part of the Network's host. There is no estimate of time remaining for this downtime period; it is expected that it will be less than twenty-four hours.

Unscheduled downtime has ended and the server has been completely restored. Due to the host's error, the server had to be assigned a new IP address, so users may or may not be able to access chat again right away. If you are unable to access chat, please allow your Internet Service Provider some time to notice the change; the root servers have been updated.
