The Line. Where is it and what have we done to it?

So the FBI Called me today. They said they're going to be arresting me later this evening.
Something about petting a file.
Apparently it has to do with this:
Miley Cyrus' New Video which I have watched a couple hundred something times now.
Now, one would say "Ty/ULT/CookieMonster/Bman!, I had no idea you liked Miley Cyrus, A.K.A. Hannah Montana!"
I don't.
Well let me rephrase that.
I don't like her music all that much.
Though I give her some credit, for a pop song (and with recent pop songs) this one isn't so bad I want to put my face on the panini grill. (I hear it a lot at work).
There's a whole 'nother debate right there, what defines "popular music" and the pop charts and what not, but that's not what this thread is for.
Where's the line. Why is the (and you can't deny) gorgeous Miley Cyrus skimping and dancing around with her sweater mums all about? And then on her show she wears comfy, cozy, non-revealing sweaters and such. Mostly.
Remember Britney's first video? "Oh Baby, Baby!"
Or Madonna's first one!? WHOOOOO BABY!
But... they were older... right?
So what happened? Why do we want girls to be like this? Yeah we're a sexually driven country, undoubtedly, but... wow. Man I see this video, and I just drop my jaw.
She can't be.
She can't be younger that 18.
But yes. Yes she is. What happened America?
