I still don't know how I chose.
I went with the first gut instinct that came to me, so that I didn't have time to dither.
If I could, I would vote all you guys up there, you were magnificent!
It was nice to not have to read through several pages of narrative, too... lol.

Right across the lane from the demon and just down the wall from Wolverine.
RIP Kurt Wagner. You were the character who brought in me into comics, who introduced me and inspired me. Now your death has sent me away again. Wherever you are in the Marvel Universe, I hope its someplace pleasant.Right across the lane from the demon and just down the wall from Wolverine.

Er, I guess I overdid on the Autumn Challenge *blush*. But it was good for me, because I needed to clarify the backstory for my NC/OC fic. And I've always wanted to put my own spin on Kurt's past. (don't we all?)
This Challenge also has many good ones. Pretty sure for whom I'll vote, but I need to give them all one last read-through. I am glad people keep entering; it's good to be spurred to write more, and to post for others' enjoyment, even if our fics don't win. We still have the pleasure of knowing others are reading and liking them.
Thanks, Rowena, for keeping this going!

Good fics out there, folks ... time to vote and give the writers some encouragement! (Not necessarily mine).
