As if the news about my book's release wasn't good enough, I found out today that the wonderful Mr. Ange is coming home... and will soon be starting a new job here!

Got two jobs on campus that give me a total paycheck of exactly $400.00 each month.

So, I did this yesterday, and I'm pretty happy with it.

The treatment is working faster and better than I could have imagined. My voice has dropped, I can't hit soprano notes any more, and I have the first vestiges of stubble for the first time in years. And that's from one shot! Second one's this Friday

All my comics have been excellent lately, I've really narrowed down a great list.

Also I'm moving into the new apartment sometime this week.

It's a bracelet/cuff. Had an artist draw up the simple design (my embroidery software is super special and can only "translate" easy files). I have something else in the works that another artist is working on for me.

-Sex
-Watched a movie (The Road)
-Sex
-Went to a free concert featuring one of my favorite bands: The Mowgli's
-Walked around Providence and had dollar tacos at a hole-in-the-wall-tacoria
-Watched another movie: Little Miss Sunshine
-Walked around Providence again last night.

Plans for the rest of the week:
-Pick up Miss Pickles (the Barn Cat that she is inheriting LOL)
-Sex
-Wake up and watch movies
-Wednesday we're going to go see Much Ado About Nothing
-Friday is the next concert in the Dunkin Donuts/WBRU: Summer Concert series featuring Cold War Kids
AND on Friday my Niece and Nephew are in RI for 3 weeks before they move to Arizona so on SATURDAY --

THE ROGER WILLIAMS ZOO WITH EVERYONE!

Just saw the neatest example of traditions blending at a local celebration of St. Kateri's Day- Catholic Mass in three languages, smudging and honor songs, prayers by both the priest and the sundance chief, and yes, the priest also wore a ribbon shirt and moccasins. Then after the water blessing, we sat down for a dinner so big, I didn't have room for all the good things served.
