What do you think of the Evolution version of Amanda? Me, I think it's a good addition...

I think the Evo Amanda is very cute and nice but I thought It could be much more exiting. Look: she knows it since she swa him in the floor and she only asked him and he deneied that something diffrent with him... Than he was forced to do something...There is so much more hide and seek in the situatation. You can do much more. Tha´t what I ment...

I like her. The scene where she asks him to the dance and they're both shy and akward was really cute.
She liked him before she knew what he really looked like and then became even more interested in him.
She's patient, not afraid of the unusual, and her favorite color is blue. She's also generous with Ice-Cream, which is always a plus.

It'll be interesting to see if their relationship changes now that the school knows about the X-Men.

: Actually I don't know what the scenes were like w/ Amanda in Evo., but I can say dating in my high school was far less cutesy than I would have liked it to be as far as fifteen and sixteen year olds are concerned.

i think she will, but may find it more difficult than she bargained for. as will he, to a degree, i suspect. he is the one character no one can point to and say 'i saw you on tv and know you are a mutant' because they would never associate his nightcrawler persona with the image inducer disguised Kurt Wagner... but he is guilty by association, you could say. and then by default, so is Amanda. she has to make the decision when confronted by her friends if she should tell them she knew all along and had no poblem with it, or if she should suddenly lie and say 'i had no idea! this is the first i knew of it too' i suspect she'll do the former. in which case she will be the target for everyone else along with the X-men. except she never thought she would have to deal wiht anything like that as she grew up, he and the others did, so she will take it harder since she is not prepared...

well, that's the way i would write it, anyway.

Yeah...she doesn't seem the sort to give into peer pressure...and who in their right mind would give up the fuzzy dude?

But Kurt does seem the type to not want her getting hurt on his account...

Of course, the writers might just totally ignore it...but the fact that she saw him on the telly indicates they haven't forgotten her...

And I'm not sure about people not conecting Kurt to Nightcrawler...same hairstyle...same moves...same face shape...same 'home'...they'll put two and two together and come up BLUE!

I think she's a nice part from the blonde haired blue eyed bird you usually get. Not that there's anything wrong with the blonde hair and blue eyed sort, I'm just saying it's nice to have a change once in a while.

Oh sorry no I was refering to the Amanda in Evo. The one in the comics has light hair and eyes, and you tend to see that a bit too much with characters imo. Actually it's funny because she's the opposite of Kitty! I really do not care for Shadowcat on Evo, but she's my fave Marvel girl in the comics. In there, it's Ms. Sefton I don't like so much!

Kitty is way too snobby on Evo. I think! I don't know why they changed her so much, but then they changed Amanda (a lot!), but at least that made her cool imo!
Whereas it probably woul have been better if they didn't change Kitty at all!:P

If you think about it, the only differences in Kitty is the way she talks and that whole Avalanche thing. The basic personality is the same...

I don't think so personally. Kitty is kind of a b-word on Evo. but in the comics she is totally cool! She's friends with Kurt and doesn't act all stuck up and trendy or whatever!:ick::rolleyes:
