The Marvel Cinematic Universe is just the beginning - talk Marvel on the big screen, small screen and everything in between. DC Cinematic Universe and independent comic creations are welcome, too - The Walking Dead, Preacher, etc.

Too many to list, but here are some I can think of...

Kurt: Jean, darling, please accept this croissant, as a symbol of my love!
Kitty: Oh, Scott! You have such a way with pastry!

Kurt: There's a crazy person flying the plane! You call that safe?

The bumpity splat line.

Toad: Look at me, I'm Pietro!

The whole Kurt/Pietro 'fight' scene in Hex Factor

Scott: Who drank all the milk, Evan?

Rogue: Kurt, you left the lid off the toothpaste again, and can you put the toilet seat down, please?
(Listen really hard to the background conversation in the kitchen in Grim Reminder, it's there. Really.)

Kurt: Blue Boy to Tracker One, the pigeons are leaving the roost. Repeat: the pigeons are leaving the roost.
Scott: Kurt, why are you talking like that? I'm right here.
(Not sure if I got that one quite right)

Pietro: Toad, the picture! Hellooooo?!
(The way he says that just cracks me up:D)

Pyro: [manically] Haahaahaa!!![/manically]

Hmmm, I may think of some more later.

I've always enjoyed it when Wolverine says, "I'm the best there is at what I do."
Then you can add whatever line you want in at the end of it.
Ex. "I'm the best I am at what I do, and what I do is...Riverdance!" :LOL
"Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so." - Douglas Adams.
"The pen is mightier than the sword, and considerably easier to write with." - Marty Feldman.
"If toast always lands butter-side down, and cats always land on their feet, what happens if you strap toast on the back of a cat and drop it?" - Steven Wright.

The quote that Shadowcrawler got from "Walk on the Wild Side"

Kurt: This is Blue Boy to Tracker One. The pigeons are leaving the roost! Repeat: The pigeons are leaving the roost!
Scott: Kurt, I'm right here. Why are you talking like that?
"The whole idea of being in a dark superhero film was quite amusing, and I like that it's got a strong moral track about acceptance............. And then of course the idea of flying around, killing people with my tail -- that kind of appealed to me." :tail

I have others but Mangeto's line in "Operation: Rebirth" after Wolverine destroyed the rebirth project-when he yells, "Wolverine!" is just my all time favorite. I just grin when ever i think of it.

Let's see...

Kurt: What are you doing here?
Rogue: Look who's talking. At least I didn't blow the place up!

Toad: What is this? Abuse the Toad day?

In the first episode, when Toad and and Nightcrawler were trapped in the Danger Room and Toad screamed. I know it's not really a line but still: BEST LINE EVAH! Kind of an "Aaaaaieeeee!" Had to rewind it so many times.

Toad has the funniest screams. Anytime he screams is a good enough quote for me.
I especially like it in "Shadowdance" when he's outside the girls' room waiting with Fred for Tabitha.
*Along comes the monster*
Toad: AAH!

"Hey, chicks dig the blue fuzzy guy!"

Ummm...:urg...can't think of anymore. I have a picture of Kurt doing his dance, do you know how I'd put it up here?
