do Hardcovers count? because i have a limited edition signed and numbered edition of Kabuki: Circle of Blood worth around $150

lesse... um... i don't have many valuable single issues, except my prize: Sandman #1 signed by Neil Gaiman :D
i do have some more signed ones that could be worth something but not as much. a bunch signed by Chuck Austen, Call of Duty#1 (and Dave Finch) U.S War machine TPB, Ultimate X-Men #13-14 and Uncanny 410 all signed by Chuck. X-Men Wildcats: The Modern Age signed by Paul Smith. (the Nighty cover that he did :D)

un signed but cool:
Kittys Fairytale. i love that story so made sure to get an original copy
Nightcrawler Miniseries (ok it's not worth much, but i like it :D)
hey looky, i still have the entire X-Cutioners Song as well WITH cards! where's i get that?? coolness.
and of course Origin, the entire thing. got 2 copies.

I did take them out of the bag. I just couldn't resist to read them. Too bad I don't have the Apocalypse Card. It was the only not included when I ordered the set (they had all the comics off the crossover in bag except one comic, except one card :()

Hmmm... I've bought some issues that were expensive (for me), but I read them all :D, where's the joy with money? I want to read them!! But I would say the most valuable comics for me is the NC original mini series. I love  that! I wouldn't sell those for anything! ;)

hey look i dint say it had to be worth a million bucks... valuable can mean its the first appearance of your favorite character ..or a dope classic battle...

for example I have the classic first colossus vs. juggernaut fight. Its an uncanny x-men ...its not worth more than 20-50 bucks but its a hot comic!

i have personal value in my YEar One comic one Robin. I love RObin. I always wanted to be him. Whe I was 5 years old, my brother had a bat man costume, and i had robin. (Flash too, but i think i stipped into nothing one day and ran around nekky and lost it.) THose pj's were sooo cool. I also had slimer, and my next dor neighbor had, i think wuzzles, taz, and sonic. (sonic is very cool.) (or was)

Hallo?
Are you serios? I don´t really care about the many you could get if you sell any comic of mine .No Comics are some stuff like books. (I always chose my coads because of the poket can hold a poketbook) You should enjoy them read them put them with you tn the bath or some like that. On the other side Coming getting valuable for me when they have some to do with me...because of the story(or often the art), or because of the situation I get them, or because i have some other kind of relation ship with...the prize is not the Importent ( I sell you Helden with a demonic smile...)
ok when i have to bye them and they are expensive Im unhappy about, but i never want to buy any comic only for the reason:"In ten years I take 5oo Euros for these...)
So it comes I got a lot of stuff that would be maybe on some way
valuable but my most loved comic look like that...so no one will ever buy it.
Dear Mr. before you get heart attack: I never go into the bath with your NC miniserie...lol
My comics are shared with my friend Gorden too. He bought all the spidey stuff im the Xman so we shared them( actually I do with my books too). When i ever been a comic artist (lol) i would be very happy to see that the people enjoy my stuff.
Mys sis who is much nearer to this stupid dream said: "When the kids play sometimes SOT on street then I would be happy..."
Comics are the stuff weaved of daydreams and perspiration(of the Artist) so They got they own soul...

Okay...

I've got Excalibur, Wolverine (and two of the mini-series) and X-Men from issue one (though Excalibur ain't worth beans...go figure)

I've got Uncanny from somewhere in the late 100s...

Got the first apperance of Venom...I think that's worth a bit...

Got a couple of original TMNT (they're bigger than usual comic so it's easy to tell)...they USED to be worth something...and with the new series coming out might be again...

Got too much to list actually...

I don't really know (nor care) what my collection's worth...I buy 'em to read and enjoy!

Well, I have the entire Claremont run of The New Mutants (!-54, 81, and annuals) 1-3), plus NM annual #6 for the Cypher back-up story...

I also have God Loves Man kills (with cussing X-Men and a vampire Kurt in Xavier's hallucination) which s a favorite read.

Hmm, have to think on the rest of thestuff I have....

I think you'll find most of us aren't into comics because of how much they're worth, Brooklynite. My husband owned a comic book shop, and we've got many books that may be worth money, but our most valuable comics are the ones we love. For me, that's my entire run of Excalibur, my copy of Kitty's Fairytale, and my copies of the original Nighty mini, which I plan to get signed by Dave someday.

Who cares how much they're worth? Hubby sold a bunch of his books a few years ago, just because they were worth money. Now, he wishes he hadn't done it.
