Can anybody tell me in which issue the battle between NC and Spider- Man mentioned above took place? Was it SM No ... or a Team Up or something cmpletely different? Because I'd like to look around for it a bit. Thanks.

I'd have to side with spidey on this one, their agility would probably even out, but with the spidey sense and his strength one good hit on Nightcrawler and he wouldn't be crawling anymore
