Uncanny plans

well i went through interviews, and Chuck's Question thread (:dead:.) and i think i've got it worked out for the upcoming issues of Uncanny.

as far as i can gather it goes like this:

415 Iceman and Northstar story with a bit of stuff form Nightcrawler, which Chuck says explains his recent change in behaviour.

416 - Juggernaut story. also, Stacy, Warren and Kurt go to the X-Ranch to get things and she mourns her lost friends

417-420 Archangel mourning Psylocke, also Kurt leaves the priesthood. one of Chucks 3 mystery villains appears 417. and... Havok wakes up! (i think) sounds like this is one packed storyarc...

421-422 - Alpha Flight story, 422 is double sized. Chamber returns in 422.

423-424 - Nightcrawler 2 parter - mystery villain appearing 423.

425-426- Wedding

427 - Nightcrawler and Mystique story covering Kurt's origin. possibly a lead in to another arc with a secondary Archangel story. but i'm not sure. i think Mystique is the third mystery villain...

i think one of the first 2 mystery villains is the Supreme Pontiff, but since Kurt is in both those stories, i couldn't say just which one, tho my money is on the first because of the priest bit.

so let the speculation begin

i know the 2 Kurt arcs flanking the wedding issues look suspicious... but remember that 427 was originally 415, so was not originally intended to be there... so i wouldn't read TOO much into that

Actually its unbelieveble: Every Xman fan around the world discuss about these wedding thing...here on some german boards and some people in the comicshop spoke about at least...
Im very curios about all these.( Especially everyone is happy he`ll went out of priesthood....)

Sounds good! Can't wait for these stories, I'm actually looking forward the most to Warren's handling on Betsy's Death.

427 is 416?! No!!!! It said in clear plain out English on the Marvel site!!!! Grrr

new tidbit form Chuck... i'm trying to make sense of this as it's a bit confusing but here we go:

I know... way confusing. i THINK i got it straight if you go to Chuck's forum. but i'll wait till he responds to me saying i am right or wrong before i post that here

until then tho, interesting about the Mystique story being a lead in to another arc. i wonder what it's about? i remember Chuck saying something about an arc with Nightcrawlr and Archangel, i think it may be that. but i know nothing of it beyond that it features Kurt and Warren.

what kind of comic shop doesn't carry atleast a few issues of Uncanny?! is it because of Casey's run and poor reviews? print off a few of the recent reviews of Austen's run formt he Fourth Rail and X-Fan, tell em a new writer is on the book and maybe they'll start ordering it again. 'sides any comic shop wirth it's salt should order issues in special for a customerif you ask for them.

WC, in the preview covers with the wolf-beasties, it kinda looks like she has on white stockings to me...what ever, I think it looks dumb, but at least Kia didn't give her huge manga eyes.

Chuck just mentioned that Bobby was going to be going through some serious changes, but of course, won't give any details....

Yuk..ptui...I despise manga art...especially on x books!!! I don't really mind it on stuff like Raideen and captain Harlock...but on the X books I really hate it!

I wonder who is getting married? And no offense to anyone that wanted Kurt to keep the collar, but I am extremely thrilled that he is going to lose it!

I love manga art, and Kia Asamiya is HUGE in japan, so I am really looking forward to see his work in X-Men.
