This is a Repost of a topic that was lost in the hack.

What if the X-Men lost their powers? Yet those with different physical appearances, other than human, remain in that form: like Beast for example.

Nighty would be in the Blue Man Group in Las Vegas. No need for make-up. He's come prepared. He'd really add to the show!:D

Gambit( this one's for TATU) would be a stripper(see Uncanny X-Men #425 and you'll see what I mean. I know its not really him but:lick)

Mystique would work for the Postal System. Or the DMV. Some of those people have bad attitudes. She'd fit right in.

Bobby, a centerfold for PlayGirl. Gotta start somewhere. He's a real cutie!:naughty

Logan would own a bar. Or just live in one as bamfboy suggested before.

Juggernaut a serious bouncer at a popular nightclub. Wouldn't want to mess with him:eek

Alex, another centerfold for PlayGirl. I think I'm developing a pattern here. Or in fact maybe some sort of sports figure.

Xavier, a teacher or counselor. He's got the smarts for one.

Jean and Scott, maybe teachers. Or maybe own some sort of business. A restaurant? A club? Don't really know.

What are your ideas?

That reminded me the High Revolutionary arc....the High Revolutionary took away all their powers and they turned the X-men into humans.....Rogue was more busy visiting mystique in jail than trying to jump on Gambit , the only one who took advantage of the situation was Warren, he decided to go on vacations to a tropical place

i think he would be a chef, if im not insane (regardless of what the stamp on my forehead says..heh..) i remember there being refrences to him being a good cook

-circus preformer (Cirque du Soliel is a great idea!), fencing instructor
-politics. Definitely.
-he is a businessman alread, so I'd guess he'd stay with that.
-surfer. Because he looks cute in swim trunks. So there! ^^
:beast-he's already a scientist and doctor, so he'd stick with that.
-creates his own line of frozen treats. ^^
Or, more realistically, he becomes an actor. I can see him doing that. He's got the personality, fo sure.
-farmer or teacher (like for little kids), she was one of the older Guthries', so I'd imagine she'd be good with kids.
-professional musician (guitar), or, maybe some other music-related career

-I agree, bartender. That, or some kind of vigilantie.
-construction worker or bodyguard

All the x-men would become firemen or vulounteers in international red cross, execept Xavier who would be lobbying in politics for equal rights for all oppressed minorities.
When they were not on duty fighting fires, or out helping people in The Third World, the X-men, both male and female, would perform in a unisex strip club that Xavier had bought.
That way the could still be saving the world and be erotic icons at the same time.

Cyclops becomes a mechanic
Juggy becomes a gym teacher
Psylocke teaches karate
Magneto and Toad get bored outta their skulls and become avid videogamers and professional wine-tasters
Jean Grey becomes spokesperson for Froot Loops (I don't know why but something about Froot Loops and Jean makes me laugh)
Mystique becomes a spy
Iceman can all of a sudden feel cold so he moves to the Caribbean
Kurt joins the circus and it travels to MY TOWN! Carson City Nevada!
Remy becomes a poker dealer at a local casino in Nevada so I can meet him in person
Rogue works at Remy's casino as a cocktail waitress. Anyone not drunk by the end of their stay gets beat by a stick.
Wolvie dies of adamantimu poisoning (he had a good run). Ditto Deathstrike.
