Guardians of the Galaxy the Movie

So I've never been a big guardians fan but this casting is getting me very interested.
Today it was announced (as if trying to top Matt Smith's news about leaving Doctor Who), that Karen Gillan has been cast as the villain in this flick.
This is also off the heels of Glenn Close being announced as the head of ... I think Nova Corps? She has been basically cast as the equivalent role to Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury.
We also have Zoe Saldana (Star Trek reboots -- Uhura) as Gamora, Chris Pratt (from "Parks & Rec") as Starlord, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, and Michael Rooker ("The Walking Dead") as Yondu.
There had been hopes for Patton Oswalt voicing Rocket, though the push from Avengers: EMH fans for that dude who voiced him on the show and/or a contemporary, British actor might win-out.
We'll see.
What do you guys think?
CONCEPT IMAGES:
Oh, and now it looks like Tennant will be playing Rocket Raccoon.
So we're looking at:
Cruella DeVille
Doctor 10
Amy Pond
Merle Dixxon
Bautista
and Andy Dwyer.
This movie's gonna be shweet.
