I heard Marvel were going to 'ultimize' everything...what doya t'ink o' dat?

Ultimizing

A lot of the idea behind "Ulitmate" universe is to re-vitalize Marvel by freeing writers from continuity.
But in a short time, it's already become almost as complex as the regualr Marvel U. I don't read Ultimate Spider-Man for the same reason I don't read any of the regular Spider-Man books. It's too hard to leap into, because there's so much going on.
If they threw away the old universe and just went with Ultimate, they'd be solving none of the problems and just piss off a lot of the old fans.
