<@DrSummers> Scott breathed a sigh of relief. His office was back to looking normal again. Obviously, nobody had cleaned it or watered his plants the whole time he'd been gone. He stretched out on the sofa, toeing off his shoes. A nice, short nap was called for.

<Jolen> Jolen having finally found the place sidled into the med lab and looked around, jeans once more hanging off his hips and vine like hair swishing about his shoulders. He swore this was another prank off Fabian. "Dr Zummers?"

<@DrSummers> Scott woke up with a start. Ah, cat nap. "I'm in here!" He called, putting his shoes back on. He got up and poked his head out of the doorway.

<Jolen> Jolen smiled and sauntered into the office white eyes blinking in the strange medlab lights. "Hi Dr Zummers..... my er friend pointed out considering my circumstance I ought to come see you now I'm fully living at the school and such."

<@DrSummers> "Okay...what was your name again, kid?" He went for the file cabinet.

<Jolen> "Jolen, no last name I am the ah *stray* as Fabian says it from the black forest, got picked up in the zummer." Finding a wall to lean against and trying to remember all the questions he'd been told to ask and which ones sounded to dangerous to.

<@DrSummers> "Oh, right." He flipped through the files. "I suppose I could give you a physical to set a baseline, and perhaps a trip to the DR to see a demo of your powers." He smiled at the boy. "Sorry, I do tend to get right to business. Welcome to Xavier's. I'm Dr. Summers, but you can call me Scott, if you'd prefer."

<Jolen> "Scott I think would be easier to pornounce." Being built of muscle he didn't think he needed checking over but thats what doctors did... right? "Er I'm meant to ask you afew things as well... first being vaccinations apparently, though I'm sure my mate was joking vhen he said I needed a rabies one..."

<@DrSummers> "Were you bitten by a rabid animal?" Scott asked, alarmed. "Recently?"

<Jolen> "No, only ever saw one dead when I was little. Aside from bugs and spiders I haven't been bitten by anything big recently." Shrugging alittle again and glancing around the room.

<@DrSummers> "Oh, okay." Scott relaxed visibly. "So...questions?" Scott prods, looking around for his medical kit.

<Jolen> "Vhat are waccinataions and are they going to hurt being my first von?" Rubbing his arm then, because the question about Birds and bees was possibly going to be horrifying or he was going to look like and idiot.

<@DrSummers> "Well, they're shots that deliver a medicine that prevents you from getting very sick. But I'm not going to give you anything until after I see what makes you tick - I'll just take pictures of your insides, so no worrying about knives or anything." He led the boy to the MRI. After checking the pictures, he began the more hands-on testing. "Now, this is a needle. I'm just going to draw blood out. It'll hurt a little bit, but I'll be fast."

<Jolen> The MRI had freaked him alittle not that he'd showed it, all that noise and closed inness. Then he gave the needle one hell of a wary look before holding out the arm Scott wanted, wincing alittle but watching with curiosity as green liquid filled the needle. "Right well ok, doesn't hurt to be honest.... just looks veird."

<@DrSummers> "Yeah, green blood is a new one for me too." He set a sample of it in the mass spec and eyed Jolen. "Any other questions?" he asked kindly.

<Jolen> "It's only turned green recently it was red. Just 2 more, one about my ears they keep ringing and the outside bit really hurts right now." See now he was avoiding the question be he did need to get it over and done with.

<@DrSummers> "Hmmm." Scott snapped on some gloves and got out his lighted scope to check out his ears. "Does it hurt more so at the lobe or the top?"

<Jolen> "The top bit, started just after I got here, they're tender to touch as vell." Head tilting alittle as he frowned at the opposite wall, that ear thing felt so damn weird.

<@DrSummers> Scott carefully looked at it, prodding as gently as he could. "Well, it doesn't seem to be infected. It's a bit more pointy than the average person's, though. LEt's look inside. "There's nothing wrong in there, though you should start rinsing out your ears in the shower with the hot water to loosen the wax that's building up a bit. The ringing could be the inner ear. Does it ever feel strange when you turn your head one way or another?"

<Jolen> "Yes wery much so actually, though it doesn't make me dizzy, it just feels veird. And pointy?" Hand coming up to feel and yeah they did feel more pointy then they should. "Looks like I'm developing even more physical mutations then..."

<@DrSummers> "Most likely. I can give you some motrin for the pain."

<Jolen> "No it doesn't hurt that much just vanted to know vhy..." Rubbing his face he gave in, he neede dto ask for his own curiosity. "And er last question....I'm probably going to sound like an idiot for asking but Fabian and vell everyone said I needed to ask you to explain the birds and bees issue....."

<@DrSummers> "The er...the what?" Scott snapped his mouth shut. He didn't know whether or not to thank Fabian for letting him give actual real advice, or kill him for mentioning it in the first place to the kid. "Ah, yes, sex. I am the one to usually give the talk anyway." Scott sat up, and floundered. What he'd read about the boy, he was going to have to get back to basics.

<Jolen> "Sex? Right... see he didn't even tell me that the birds and the bees was covering up asking about that..." Sighing he rubbed his face to hide the blush forming.

<@DrSummers> "Ok, good. You know what sex is. Fantastic."

<Jolen> "Actually I don't... thats the problem... from everyone else jokes, I know it's generally happens between 2 people.... and that is it." Blushing harder then and wondering why.

<@DrSummers> "Oh. Damn. Ok. I can work with that." He smiled. "Right. So. Sex. Is loosely defined as having some sort of sexual fun time with someone else. Or more than one other. Of either sex. I suppose it could technically cover masturbation too."

<Jolen> The blush faded alittle to be replaced with a confused look. "Right more then one person and gender doesn't matter... got that bit, now Vhats masturbation? And define sexual fun times?"

<@DrSummers> "Um oh." Is everyone Masturbation is where you touch yourself for pleasure. It's great for stress relief." Scott paused. "Pretty much everybody does it. And sexual fun times was my very bad effort at joking. It's well, it covers a huge amount of stuff you can actually do."

<Jolen> "Right well at least I know vhat that is now, I'm not going to ask detail pretty sure I can figure that one out myself..." Was the doctor feeling as awkward as he was about this. "And all of this stuff you can do is?"

<@DrSummers> "Well." Scott hedged. "I've got a book in my office that explains it in detail. It's just that there's such a vast amount of things you can do."

<Jolen> "You going to be able to read it to me? I can speak alittle English but I can't read it wery vell at all, same with German to be honest vith you..." And this was were living in a forest since you were a kid shows up in your education.

<@DrSummers> Scott blinked behind his glasses. "Actually, yes. How about we meet in my office for an hour and we'll go over it once a week?" He was so going to force Charles to give him a raise. He was a goddamn field surgeon, not a glorified sex ed instructor!

<Jolen> "So kind of like extra classes then?" Wow this wasn't as horrifying as he was expecting it to be. "So long as everything gets explained I don't mind at all I'd just like to know vhat on earth everyone keeps talking or asking me about."

<@DrSummers> "Just like an extra class, but no pop quizzes." Scott stood up. "Anything else you'd like to talk about? I should get your test results and line you up for a more in-depth physical later, once you get settled in."

<Jolen> "No thats it thanks doctor...... actually wait.... while I was out the other night some girl asked me if I vanted a vhat vas it? Oh a blow job? Explain? Please? I said no on the basis I had no idea what she was talking about." Rubbing his face and sighing, he needed to go kill something after this.

<@DrSummers> "Oh, blow jobs." Scott ran his fingers through his hair. "Yeeeah. Condoms, please. You basically let someone lick your penis, there can be sucking involved too, as well as doing the same to your balls."

<Jolen> Jolen paused. And stared. There was much staring then. And some more. "......Richt. I think you can explain condoms vhen I come in for the next lesson..." Just what the hell? He shoudln't have asked that sounded damn disgusting, why would anyone do that?!

<@DrSummers> "I promise. Safety First."

<Jolen> "Safety first?....... sex is dangerous?" Giving Dr Scott an unbeileiving look, everyone else made out like it was the best thing on earth, was he missing something?

<@DrSummers> "Protection from diseases and germs. Sex isn't that dangerous, but still, some forethought and planning are required in some fashion or another."

<Jolen> Jolen head tilted then. "So.... you can get ill from sex?" So illness and people being digusting with other peoples well parts, he was really starting to wonder why any one would do this.

<@DrSummers> "Not always. It could happen, but I run a tight ship here." That came out all wrong. He was going to cry into Hank's soft fur over coffee and twinkies after this. Then he was gonna demand a raise. And then have another twinkie. "Pretty much everyone is healthy here, so...the risk of infection is low. Nothing to worry about."

<Jolen> "Oh right........... you know I think this is going to be vay more complicated then I first thought, maybe if I borrow that book you mentioned and I found a dictionary out of the library I could try and do some reading up before I next see you to make things easier?" And he could blush and be disgusted in private then as well.

<@DrSummers> "That would be good, I think." Scott led Jolen back to his office and went hunting for the book. "Here you go." He handed the boy the book and smiled. "Enjoy!"

<Jolen> Taking the book carefully he opened it at a random page, he did a good job of not turning white or freaking out at the diagramn. "I can't promise anything but I'll try at least to see if I can read it Ya?"

<@DrSummers> "Good enough for me."

<Jolen> Hefting the book alitle he pointed at the machine anaylsing his blood. "Vhen do you vant me to come back for the results or is it going to take awhile?"

<@DrSummers> "It'll be ready by tomorrow. I'll come find you during lunch."

<@DrSummers> He smiled and herded Jolen to the door. "If you have any more questions while reading the book,d on't hesitate to call me and ask."

<Jolen> Jolen didn't need to be herded that much, conversation over he practically fled the room. He hated reading english enough as it was, now this? Book being held like a dangerous animal he headed quickly back to his room.
