All my various recent medical tests came back clean...so except for the iron levels being through the floor (and my overall roundness...which I'm currently working on), I'm perfectly healthy.

Make sure you're taking a good brand or they won't do much of anything at all. Liquid form (yes it's nasty) is the best. I can't manage that so I take the floradix tablets. They are coated and work better than 'drugstore' brands. Health food stores are the best place to get your vitamens and minera...

You know...I actually had a dream last night that I was on the set when they were filming the opening scene of X2 ...and it looked so lame with them just flinging Alan around on wires...which it probably did... He actually did work out for the part...mostly to strengthen his body for the wirework......
