Oh! A URL is the web address from which you got the picture. I'm not sure how you get it to show up right in the box if it came from your computer. I never draw, or at least never admit to it, so I wouldn't know stuff like that.

In answer to your picture question, I think you should surround the URL in [img]URL[/img]. If you already did, I don't know what to tell you- that always worked for me in e-fedding, etc.
