Nightscrawlers

Anybody have any ideas (or want to create possibilities) why the Wolvy and X-men covers (issues 2 &3) have all the little crawlers? i absolutely love Bachalo and love seeing him draw Kurt and my curiosity on this is piqued. Cannot figure if it's a possible story line thing or Chris doing one of ...

Actually i meant the port like area that has been blacked out. It could also easily be the power of whomever is standing next to it.

If you look at the wolvy pic it appears that there is a cloud in the background. Teleporting cloud? Let's hope!

Marvel released the new cover to Wolverine and the X-men#1 (not the cartoon). If you look closely at the shadowed out figures there is a familiar shape. Only a matter of time until we have a lego crawler! at least i'm hoping. So what sort of lego setup would we have for crawler? danger room? acrobatics set up? maybe build a sentinel for to fight?

Not sure how big a role he'll have but if you watch the video from NYCC you'll see his silhouette ( i paused it to double check, looks like a tail and has three fingers and a prominent heel).

Also there is going to be a new HeroClix Nighty for the Web of Spiderman set. He's in the black leather outfit (designed by Ian Churchill after the X-men movie came out) clinging to the wall.

I agree that it is lazy. However, it doesn't seem that any of the current writers know what to do with him and I would almost rather see him take a sabatical (or temp. die) than this ridiculous half hearted use of him. At least if he were to die i would have something to look forward to, i would kno...

In my opinion killing kurt might be the best thing they could do right now. I mean it's not like he has any real screen time anyway. It would give some time for people to complain and build up interest and after a year or two he'd probably be back, with hopefully a really good return story and more ...

Sideshow does some really cool statues. Hoping they eventually do a Kurt. But until then check out this cool Gambit. The price is STEEP. Freak- Typically while you may not own the character of the statue created if you only create one and later decide to sell it the owners of the character typically look the other way and it is not an issue. Warner is tougher on this sort of thing esp. if you do something that twists their characters...
