Silver Lining
:read I like it! I don't know a whole lot about :nocturne, but from what I do know I really like her character. She's well developed like Kurt is. So, I think she's a good character to write a story about. Ah, I'm not good with the critiques. I think it's a good length for what you're trying to say....

Nacht's super cool FV&TTT Fic challenge #3!!

Questions about the Lighthouse
(I tried to post this late last night, but the site just :die - anyway...) I loved the Excalibur books! I got all of them off of ebay a couple years ago, and they were the first comics I ever read. (I’m glad I started with them :)) The light-house was a great set-up for the team (it’s a shame they d...

Nocturne
Kurt's probably just thrilled to have a family member who's sane and fun to be around. I still haven't read the Exiles, but I found some scans and summaries. I'm really liking Nocturne's character. She does have depth and she is very balanced as far as mutant characters go. I'd be interested to know...

Nocturne
Apocalypse attacks NYC every Tuesday, and Nocturne has a (terrible) band called the Butt-monkeys? I'm liking Exiles already! I still haven't read Exiles, but I found some scans and issue summaries for #16 and #41-42. The more I read about Nocturne the more I like her. I saw the page where nocturne m...

Nocturne
Nandireya, thanks for answering all those questions! :) And thanks for putting up all those scans, Nacht! - and the background info. I like how the characters were living secret lives between the issues and the writers were planting little clues for the readers along the way. And then the surprise a...

THe dracos mistakes and funny stuff.
Originally posted by Angelique Well, it's my theory that Azzy isn't really a demon. He said himself that he's a mutant. I just think he's so convinced of what a baddie he is, he went a bit :cracked. I know it's been discussed before, and Azazel is supposed to be a really long-lived mutant who inspi...

Vet question...
Bamfette - would your parents mind an awful lot if your or your sister abducted their cat and took it to the vet? I guess I'm trying to say that if you're concerned about your cat being in pain or at risk of infection or abscess that the best thing to do is to bring the cat to a clinic. Nobody can m...

THe dracos mistakes and funny stuff.
If the last issue of Nightcrawler's fixes that horrible(IMHO) draco arc it will be worth reading for that alone. In my world that whole arc never happened. :( I like the idea of Kurt being the son of a Bavarian nobleman, but it's possible I only feel that way because I want him to be a Count (what w...

Phantom of the Opera - Nightcrawler Connection :?
I was talking about the movie, but only because I thought the movie and the play were the same (at least mostly). I'll have to catch a theatre production at some point to see what the differences are. :) (The plays probably don't have the flashbacks to the 19 teens - I'm curious now about what else ...

Phantom of the Opera - Nightcrawler Connection :?
:?Has anyone else seen this play? I just rented it last night (and couldn't get anyone else to watch it with me because its a musical :yech) Anyway, I really liked it. I think it's #5 in the Nightcrawler Series where Christine and Kurt go to see the play. When I first read the issue where that happe...

Until Death Do Us Part -- sequel to Even Angels Have Scars
Hey! There's an extra chapter here that's not posted on fanfiction.net. I know because I've been keeping an eye on this one - it's on my list. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I just really, really like this story and wondered if you'd given up on it or just got so busy that you didn't have th...

Should Nightcrawler carry a sword?
:engarde I like that Nightcrawler fences. But, the issues of Excalibur that I have where he's carrying swords weren't my favorites. That said, I did like that AoA Nightcrawler used swords. I think that while sabre or broadsword would add style, they'd also slow him down and only be useful against so...

Dragon's Lair (complete w/maiden)
I'm not an artist by any means, so I don't know how helpful my comments will be. :shifty I think it's really striking, I like the shading and I think the dragon and the damsel have a real sense of body to them. I especially like the detail, the jewelry (like the armband) is a nice touch. The only th...

Writing a life history of Kurt Wagner
I think it reads well for a first draft. :) I've read Nightcrawler's history before, but what you wrote was interesting enough for me to read through it again. There wasn't anything that I thought was inaccurate. You did leave out some of his side adventures and romantic encounters (Cerise seems imp...

:LOL When I think Gambit's charm powers I think of these two scenes in the animated series. The one where he's flirting with the saleswoman in the mall just before the sentinels attack and where he thinks about ditching Jubilee in line at the theatre for someone he just met. His power isn't mind con...
