Paty's out of Surgery

Wasn't aware of Paty's current health issues (or maybe should i say knee issues?).
I'm happy that the surgery was successful.

Get well soon Paty.:dance

Passing of Lt.Col. Emmett E. Cockrum USAF(Ret)

My codolences mr Cockrum, i'm sorry for your loss. At least your father lived for near 95 years and you were in good terms these last 20 years.

Take care. May you and Paty live so long and be in good shape again.

..... Yes. Thats just that i remember Superman saying to the doctors that he had shaved Flash's head himself (with his heat vision I think), to protect his secret identity. I think a doctor had say something like "I didn't know Flash was bald" and Superman was answering "he isn't, i s...

I remember a story where Flash needed a brain operation after a fight, so Superman shave his head ot protect his secret identity so that the doctors could not identify him. As a kid in the 70's and early 80's I loved to read Dan Barry's Flash Gordon, Lee Falks' Phantom & Mandrake in my father's newspaper. For humor strips i liked very much "Woody Allen" & "Peanuts" And is it necessary to say that i am, of course, a fan of Alex Raymond? ho......

The Sea Haw is one of my favorites too. Michael Curtiz is an awesome director. His work on the Sea Hawk, on Captain Blood and on the fight scenes of Robin Hood is wonderful. But William Keighley is a very decent director: We owe him the most part of Robin Hood, The Prince and the Poor and the Master...

I'm ashamed to say that i didn't see Superman returns yet, but last week i bought the DVD of "The Master of Ballantrae" with Errol Flynn. Even if William Keighley has not the talent of Michael Curtiz, he was a great director. It was cool to re-see this movie. :sparrow [Edited on 26/7/06 by...

The NEW NEW Excalibur (with Nocturne, etc.)

:) I enjoy this serie. I'm a fan of Dazzler, Juggy, and Sage . I like Cap Britain (though I preffer his original red costume with Richard the lyonhart armories on it) I'm relatively new to Nocturne, but she's a cool character. I never liked Wisdom, but in this book he isn't too much of a problem so ...
