*laughing* Yes, she can see...though when she was a puppy, we used to be afraid that her eyes would pop out if we rubbed her head too hard!
She is the most expressive dog ever...quite the cutie (though she snores like an noisy old man!)

Hey, guys! Last month, I directed a high school production of Narnia: the Musical (yes, there actually is a musical version!) It is based on LWW. We altered the score and dialogue a bit, and it turned out wonderfully well. We opened up the same weekend as the movie to capitalize on all the hype and ...

I know!! I saw the trailer before the Narnia movie, and I was jumping up and down in my seat with delight. I had seen little bits and pieces, I had heard some things, but it was great to finally see the trailer in the theatre. Looks good, but somewhat interesting and "out there." What does...

Awesome Christmas/Chanuka gifts
Thanks to my students and family, I have been completely "Narnia-fied" for Christmas. For an old Chronicles of Narnia fan like me, having the movie come out has been a dream come true, because you can find all sorts of Narnia related things in the stores nowadays... I now have calendars, j...

I saw the film last night. It was our last performance of Narnia the Musical, so we decided to all go see the movie in our costumes as a cast party. (Ah, what fun to look up and see the White Witch standing next to Aslan in line to buy tickets!) I shall post pictures of our Narnia cast up soon. I re...

Oh my! **dances around** I'm so glad others have seen the trailer for PotC 2. I am beside myself with excitement! Those are great theories. Two years ago (right after the first one came out on DVD) I had my drama classes write screenplay sequels to PotC. We took the best ones and sent them to the wr...

I adore the Chronicles of Narnia! I own several additions. They are excellent books, though a much easier read than Lord of the Rings, since they were written more for children. Even though the publisher changed the order of the series a few years ago (to put them in chronological order), I would st...

Yeah...I am almost disappointed...almost...by seeing a bit more of the others. They have been built up so much, then here they are. I want to find out just what Ana Lucia's deal is. She apparently knows her way around a knife and a wooden stake, so who exactly is she?

PS...I really like the editing job the show did on the last ten minutes of recap. Nicely done!

Ah, yes...Marvel deaths... and still a bit off topic, but... I agree, I would definitely have liked to see the return of Toad...with his tongue all charred up from Storm's blast. Ah, what the dialogue between he and Kurt might have been :smirk. Alas and curses... Back on Alan...I don't know...seeing...

And back at ya, TPAM. Yes, I had heard about that scene. Actually, I stumbled upon one of the drafts of the screenplay. How awesome would that have been?!?! I think I read that Ray Park was under contract with another film, so he couldn't appear in X2 and the scene was written out. Back to the Alan ...

Really? Where did you hear that? That would have been an interesting choice, and he's got the martial arts / acrobatic skills...but I'm glad he took the role of Toad instead (just don't see him as Nighty material.) Though (just a tad off-topic here) I really wanted to see Ray and Alan get to fight i...
