Considering Kurt's father is a demonic warlord, his stepmother is a gypsy sorceress and his foster sister is a witch there's some avenues for Kurt to return. We also didn't see his body when it was supposedly cremated.
And didn't Kurt keep the Soulsword inside his body?

Dave on X3 DVD?
Thanks Paty. I usually get only widescreen DVD's, but I'll make an exception if I can see an interview with Dave. I've been collecting comics for more than 30 years because of him so I've got to get this!

Dave on X3 DVD?
Geez. My disc only has the movie. I got hosed! And I got it at Sam's Club! You'd think they'd carry the Wal-Mart disc as well. Now I have to really do some looking for it.

Dave tribute in Supergirl & the LSH #27
Nicely done. The text really sums up Legion history well and acknowledges both the highs and the lows of the series. They all but admit that for a time DC ignored the Legion's place in the DCU. And they very accurately acknowlege Dave's role not only in Legion history but in the comics industry itse...

Dave Cockrum has passed away
On another message board, someone suggested that all the characters that Dave either designed or re-designed should go back to what Dave created for them for at least one issue in tribute for him. I'd love to see that.

OMG....I just heard about this. This hits me hard. I have been blessed over the years to have had to opportunity to converse with Dave thanks to the joys of the Internet. We traded posts on the DCMB's quite a bit and when he told me of his own site I signed on. I haven't posted much here over the ye...

Wow. I've heard so much about this but this is the first time I've seen any work on Dave's version of Black Cat to this detail. Ah, just imagine.....

Pay attention boys and girls. This is how the mind of one of comics top designers works. Originally posted by Dark Bamf Actually, no. Wow. I heard about this, but I was under the impression that Chris was being treated for exhaustion. My prayers go out to him and his family.

As Yoda would say, try or try not. Do, or do not. There is no try!

I would have thought that, power-wise, Thunderbird would be on par with the Legion's Timber Wolf had he stuck around. It would have been interesting, IMO, to have seen how he and Wolverine would have interacted with one another as the series went on. Would they have been a pair of teammates who get ...

Hey Dave, so how did you feel when it was decided to kill off Thunderbird when he was just introduced? It's always been something that's bugged me.

Late coming into this, but I never understood the purpose of killing a new character like Thunderbird. I would have thought it would have been one of the established characters like Banshee, Sunfire or even Wolverine. For me, it was a bit frustrating to have a taste of an interesting character and t...

Don't cave in to the PC gods Dave! Apple rulz! Apple rulz! Dave, how strong is Kurt?
I'm thinking Kurt is like Quicksilver and the Flash: constantly eating to replenish himself. The more he 'ports the more fuel he burns. He only puts on weight if he doesn't 'port for an extended period of time. For that matter, I wonder if he physically has the need to 'port? If maybe his fuel cells...
